Shipping & Tracking Information

Most of our packages need to reach the local facility before tracking details become available. This usually happens within 7 business days.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before they leave our warehouse.

We process orders within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, tracking information will appear online within 7 days—meaning your shipment should be trackable within 7–9 days.

For the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Mexico: 99% of our shipments are handled by a high-quality local logistics provider and can be tracked on 17track.net. Delivery takes 5–14 business days.

For all other countries: 95% of our shipments are handled by China Post. Delivery takes 8–18 business days.
